	I have a Circuit City and a Best Buy in my area. When I need something right away, I'll use them, but...I found them both to be bloated in price and scant in content after having visited Tiger Direct's site. The site looks a little confusing, but that's only because they have so much stuff to offer. It's actually very well laid out, everything is easy to find. You can whittle your product searches down to the exact thing you're looking for. Recently, I came in looking for a mobo bundle (and no one does those bundles like TG does!) to rebuild a pc for a friend, left with a ''Famous Brand'' no-os refurb instead. It was cheaper, and easier, than rebuilding. That computer was so classy, I came in the day after I got it and bought one for myself. I upgraded the RAM for both of them here, at an impressive discount. Also, found a video card for my old pc that NO ONE else had. Prices are amazing! Shipping is fast and fair, content is as described or better. Plenty of payment options, including Pay Pal. I can't speak for cust. service, as I haven't had to call them. Unless I ''need it today'' I may never use Circuit City or Best Buy again! Thinking about buying from Tiger Direct? Do it. These folks really know their stuff! They put all the others to shame.
